"So many want to be great, but greatness only comes when we focus on others and what we can give them, not when we focus on ourselves and what we can get from them."

Our communities need all of us to step up and link arms if we desire to make a change. Unfortunately, the culture has ingrained a singular and inward focus in most of our youth today. This misplaced focus causes them to fall far short of their potential and end up empty and brokenhearted. These youth then become adults who have the same problems that have never been addressed or healed. They perpetuate the negative cycle to the next generation without knowing it.

A Tibetan Proverb that says, "When the man reached down to help another climb the mountain, lo, he scaled it himself." We hope that we can teach the youth that life is not a zero-sum game. If we can teach and train one person how to help someone else learn and achieve something, both will gain. That interaction births the start of an amazing relationship, and that will break the chains that prevent so many from reaching their full potential in life.

Our youth camps and training help to give back and pass on wisdom to the next generation. By focusing on all youth, regardless of economic standing, we hope to bring communities together and start changing lives at a young age. The next generation will build our futures, so we hope to empower them with the tools they need to change their world with every opportunity they get.
